Shipping policy

Order Despatch 

I aim to ship all orders within 2 working days of order receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and planned shutdowns. Once your order has been fulfilled it will be shipped within 1 working day via the shipping service of your choosing. Please be on the lookout for a despatch confirmation email that will be send to the email you used for your order, or use our chat bot to check the status of your order.

Where possible I will try my best to exceed the above detailed timescales to ensure that customers get their orders as soon as possible.

Shipping Services Offered

Domestic Shipping

For all UK Domestic orders under £20 we will ship your parcel via Royal Mail 1st Class/Royal Mail 24, which is a 1-2 day delivery service. If your parcel does not arrive within the suggested time frame, please allow up to 10 working days for the delivery of your item, as we are unable to make a claim with Royal Mail until this length of time has past.

For all UK Domestic orders over £20 we will ship your parcel via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.

We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery for those that want to guarentee a next day delivery.

International Shipping

For the time being all international orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. This service offers a cost effective means for international shipements with a relatively short shipping time. We will explore more shipping options for internationl customers as we grow, but our focus will always be to keep the cost as low as possible.
